Natasha Brown

Director of Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain

Natasha joined Healthcare Partners in July 2026. She has held senior leadership roles for over 15 years and brings strong experience managing sizeable and dispersed teams, including leadership of 40 staff at Orbit and 60 staff at Harland and Wolff, with responsibility for both procurement and stores functions.

Originally trained in law, Natasha graduated with an LLB and initially intended to pursue a career as a criminal defence barrister. However, she transitioned into industry, joining Siemens in a commercial role where she spent six years developing her foundational skills. She then moved to Fujitsu for two years, focusing on post contract management across IT, telecoms and civil works. In 2009, she joined Heathrow Airport Limited in a role outside of procurement, consciously broadening her stakeholder engagement skills while working on commercial revenue generation within a highly regulated environment.

Returning to procurement, Natasha joined BAE Systems in 2013, strengthening her public sector expertise. She moved into central government in 2016 as a Deputy Director in the Cabinet Office, working closely with the Department of Health and the MOD. In 2017, she returned to the private sector with Johnson Matthey, where she played a key role in procurement transformation, including major system implementations and outsourcing initiatives.

In 2020, Natasha joined University College London as Head of Strategy and Operations within procurement. She led supply base rationalisation, reducing suppliers from 6000 to 600, and drove standardisation and operational efficiencies in a highly collaborative environment. She was later appointed Group Procurement Director at Harland and Wolff, where she was tasked with establishing a strategic procurement function alongside responsibility for stores and inventory, until the business entered administration in September 2024.

More recently, Natasha has operated in interim roles. At Orbit Group, she stabilised the procurement function during a period of transition, and she is currently supporting Network Rail within telecoms sourcing before joining Healthcare Partners team. Natasha is married with one adult son, interests include cooking, drinking wine, music, reading and walking with friends! Always a willing dog sitter/ walker.
