About the lab

Launched in 2018, Healthcare Partners is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust. Although we provide services to both the public and private sectors, we are unique in that all our profits are reinvested back into the Trust.

The Maxillofacial Laboratory features an outpatient treatment room, state-of-the-art 3D printing machines and a wide range of digital solutions. Our highly qualified staff designs and delivers personalised and cost-effective maxillofacial devices, specialty products and digital surgical solutions.

Maxillofacial prosthetics is a highly specialised type of prosthetic rehabilitation for patients requiring reconstruction of missing or defective areas of the head or neck due to injury, surgery, cancer, disease or congenital malformation.

We offer a fully comprehensive package for private patients requiring facial prostheses. Consultations are given in our brand-new treatment room, and patients from further afield can choose from two- or three-day overnight packages.

We custom-craft facial prostheses using the latest technology and with the utmost attention to detail to restore our patients’ confidence and improve their overall quality of life.
