Denise Price

Denise Price joined Healthcare Partners permanently in July 2026, having previously supported the organisation on a consultancy basis during the successful transfer of a workforce from the NHS into Healthcare Partners.

A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and MBA-qualified, Denise brings extensive experience across both the public and private sectors. Her career spans a diverse range of organisations, from large NHS trusts to commercial businesses, providing her with a broad and pragmatic approach to people management and organisational development.

Throughout her career, Denise has successfully led complex workforce transformation programmes, employment relations matters, leadership development initiatives, and organisational change projects. Her experience includes establishing the first subsidiary company within an NHS organisation, delivering significant learning and development transformations, designing bespoke leadership competency programmes in partnership with organisations such as the Institute of Directors and the Ministry of Defence, and supporting large-scale business change initiatives, including with Bacardi Martini Beverages.

As Head of People, HR & Organisational Development, Denise leads the strategic direction of the people function whilst driving improvements in operational HR delivery. She is passionate about creating a culture where people feel valued, empowered and supported to achieve their full potential. Her focus is on developing high-performing teams, promoting wellbeing, and embedding continuous learning and development to help Healthcare Partners realise its vision, mission and values.

Denise is known for her collaborative, authentic and people-centred leadership style. She believes that investing in people is fundamental to organisational success and is committed to creating positive employee experiences that deliver meaningful outcomes for both individuals and the organisation.

Outside of work, Denise has a lifelong passion for music and, until recently, performed in rock bands. She also enjoys dancing, great food and wine, and spending time with family and friends.
