Rob Farrell-Gray

The Supply Chain Operations Manager is a crucial role within the organisation, tasked with the responsibility of overseeing and developing supply chain strategy to ensure the smooth running of operations and ensuring clinicians have access to the right product at the right time for their patients.

Rob brings a wealth of operational and managerial skills to the role, having served with the British Army for 24 years. His previous experience includes supply specialist and warehouse management logistics for the largest Regiment in the British Army. Mental health and wellbeing also form a large part of Rob’s experience, having provided support to soldiers and their families particularly on mental health, becoming the Regimental Lead.

Rob successfully completed a Logistics Management BSc, and is registered with CMI in Leadership and Management, and is looking forward to bringing his previous skills and knowledge to his new role.

 Rob is married with two children, and is a keen cyclist. Rob enjoys coaching and watching rugby union, and is an avid supporter of Saracens. His other interests include walking and supporting the numerous activities his children partake in.
