Ben Caldicott

A registered clinical technologist and a visionary in Medical Device Management, Ben Caldicott  offers 24 years of experience working within the healthcare setting. This is coupled with comprehensive and specialist technical knowledge in the safe use, repair, installation and calibration of complex medical devices and systems. 

Having spent 19 years working within the workshop environment undertaking repairs on a wide range of medical devices, Ben has gained an understanding of all aspects of each role within the department; affording him the opportunity to be able to effectively resource and manage the team to maximise efficiency and output.

As a strategic lead in engineering, Ben has proven skills in driving growth and ensuring resilience. From providing medical device planning, bespoke design solutions for installations and project management, this encompasses a complete end-to-end to end service for end users. Ben’s vision, strategy and growth areas are to provide a solution and managed equipment service to support the growing need for compliance, and traceability within the healthcare setting.
