Roberto joined Healthcare Partners in 2024 and is dedicated to providing the highest level of healthcare management to improve patient experience and passionately believes that we can make a real difference through our vision to “Revolutionise patient care through innovation and technology”

Former Deputy CEO of Partnering Health Ltd (PHL), Roberto was responsible for the development and oversight of PHL Group’s strategy and for ensuring PHL was at the forefront of innovation and change in the healthcare sector.

Roberto moved into healthcare after an extensive career in marketing for some of the world’s largest companies with a proven track record of delivering award winning integrated partnership and marketing campaigns for blue chip market leaders through to emerging challenger brands.

Roberto’s career pivoted when he spotted a gap in the care market (due to family circumstances seeking care for his Grandmother) and created a new digital healthcare system integrating a number of different technologies to provide a better way to manage patients in their own home. Roberto subsequently merged his start-up with PHL and joined the board. He continued to advocate the use of technology to enable better patient outcomes and overcome well reported challenges within healthcare. Roberto is a father of two children and loves watching any sport, playing golf and going sailing and windsurfing. An energetic family dog incentivises long walks and the occasional run!
