Chris Lawrence – Director of Procurement and Supply Chain.

Chris assumed the role of Director of Procurement and Supply Chain at Healthcare Partners Limited in November 2023, leveraging extensive experience from key positions at The London Clinic, Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust and NHS Commercial Solutions.

With over 15 years in Procurement and Supply Chain management, Chris has a proven track record of implementing substantial cost-reduction programs. In prior roles, Chris successfully led procurement teams through the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, achieving NHS Standards of Procurement and played a pivotal role in restructuring two legacy organisation’s procurement teams post-Frimley Park’s acquisition of Heatherwood and Wexham Park – a landmark event as the first acquisition of an NHS foundation trust acquiring another foundation trust.

Chris possesses expertise in organisational change, strategic procurement, value-based procurement, supply chain management, transformation, inventory management, catalogue management, and data analytics.

Chris holds an MSc in Management from the University of Surrey, underscoring a commitment to academic excellence in addition to practical industry experience.
