Amazing work from the EME team!

When Healthcare Partners (HPL) approached Therapy Equipment, one of the market leaders within the UK Suction and Oxygen Therapy market, to discuss partnering on their national service provision, we knew how important customer service excellence, reliability, and speed of execution was to their organisation. Therapy Equipment were looking to improve their managed field service function, and it was critical that their service partner of choice would offer a flexible, professional, and highly efficient service. HPL’s EME division, led by Ben Caldicott, have been working at undertaking the first assignment in our new National Partnership with Therapy Equipment Ltd.

Working at Withybush Hospital in Wales, our professional and experienced team have been undertaking the servicing of medical gas devices including Flowmeters, Suction Regulators, Entonox Demand Valves and Therapy SOS Units.
