Neil Routledge

Neil Routledge is the Managing Director for Healthcare Partners Ltd — responsible for managing and overseeing all strategic relationships and the management of HPL’s varied managed service portfolio. Neil brings a wealth of public sector procurement and supply chain knowledge and experience, having headed the Procurement & Supply Chain function previously at Healthcare Partners Ltd, Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust and the Isle of Wight Health Economy. 

Neil is an inspiring leader with the ability to create and sustain high-performing cultures in ambiguous environments. A consistent track record in delivering year-on-year results against strategic objectives from commercial improvements within diverse and challenging environments. Neil is MCIPS qualified, holds a degree in Marketing and Design and enjoys when he has spare time running the trails.
